Pacific Hoods Inc Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less the Shipping and Handling Fee. We may impose a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Only items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Items considered used by Pacific Hoods Inc will not be accepted for returns. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be granted without an Original Receipt. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be granted even if the item has been used only once.

You must contact us prior to returning your items so we will can provide you with a RMA# or a REF#. Items without a RMA# or REF# will not be accepted and returned back to sender.

Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Shipping by a reputable shipping company such as U.P.S., FEDEX or U.S.P.S is strongly recommended  Please pack returns, when possible, in their original Pacific Hoods Inc outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in new and saleable condition. Returned items that arrive damaged will not be accepted for returns and the Customer is responsible to file a claim with the shipper.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

Free Gifts that comes with purchases:

If your item came with a free gift, the gift along with the original purchase must also be returned in new, unused condition.

If your gift item is used you will be charged the Retail (non promotional) price of the used gift item.

There is no warranty, returns or exchanges on gift items.

Items eligible for FREE Shipping:

If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less how much it  cost Pacific Hoods Inc to ship the item(s) to you along with material and Handling fees. If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive the full refund

If you order did not qualify for free shipping, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less the Shipping and Handling Fee.

As-Is/Clearance:

No Return or Exchange on all As-is/Clearance items. All Sales final on As-Is/Clearance items.

Changed your mind?

Most orders placed on a weekday will ship 1-2 Business Days and many times even sooner. Please try to contact us as soon as possible to have an order cancelled or revised. Once a item ships and you need to cancel or change the order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee back to our shipping center.

If your item qualified for FREE shipping and has already been shipped but you need to change the order or to redirect your order to another address, you will be responsible for the cost of redirecting your package(s). If the Package must be returned to us in order to have the item changed or redirected, you will be responsible for the cost associated with the return back to our shipping center and the cost to re-ship. 

Problem with the item at the time of arrival?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item(s) when you first receive it, please give us a call right away and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving your issue. Please make all defective and damaged claims within 3 days from the day you received the package . All defective and damaged items not claimed within 3 days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition in original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. If you've noticed that there was damage to the item when inspecting, please do not install/use the item. Once the item has been used or installed there will be no exchanges or returns. If you've noticed the damage after you've installed or used the item there will be no exchanges or returns.

Limited 10 Years Parts Warranty (Wall Mount Hoods is 3 Years Warranty)

1 to 5 years labor warranty*

Please note: labor warranty varies from different regions and Hood models, Please check with your local distributor for actual labor warranty period. Parts such as light bulbs, nuts, screws and bolts are not covered under warranty.

Buffalo Smart Cooker

  • 3 years labor for outer pot
  • Lifetime warranty for inner pot (restriction applies under normal usage)

Buffalo Quick Pot, Pot & Wok

  • 10 years warranty on all plastic and removable parts (except rubber sealer for quick pot)

Buffalo Accessories

  • 30 days defected exchange only

Buffalo Selection Cooker

1 years labor outer pot

3 Year warranty for inner pot (restriction applies under normal usage)

All other items sold by Pacific Hoods Inc carries a one year limited warranty or its Manufacturers warranty. Please call us if you have any questions regarding your items warranty.

Please note: During the warranty period we will repair or replace your item at our discretion, if your item is covered by the Manufacturers warranty please contact the Manufacturers. If needed we can help assist you in contacting them.
